COVID-19 Hotel Cleaning & Safety

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville - Franklin has updated the already stringent cleaning practices. New protocols have been added to combat the coronavirus (COVID-19) based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). We use specific products that have been selected to disinfect against the coronavirus.

We are keeping a rigorous and frequent cleaning schedule for key areas of our public spaces such as the lobby, floor corridors, and restaurant and meeting rooms. These surfaces include:

  • floor
  • trash cans
  • elevator car and buttons
  • hotel entrance and aisle door handles
  • public phones
  • public restrooms
  • payment consoles and pens
  • front desk

We are thoroughly disinfecting all guest rooms, especially high-touch areas such as:

  • curtains, sheers, and pull rods
  • lighting switch buttons
  • tables
  • remote controls
  • toilets
  • HVACs or PTAC control panels
  • handles for doors, closets, and drawers
  • telephones
  • carpets
  • bathroom handles including toilet flush, shower control, and sink faucets
